Role Overview - We are looking for a Associate Director Performance Media based out of Mumbai with an experience in Branding Specialist with hands on in programmatic & meta, who will be responsible for end-to-end client campaign management from strategy development to execution of a campaign.

Job Responsibilities -
- Understand the overall media objective to assess impact of digital touch points for aclient campaign.
- Develop a campaign strategy based on the client brief with optimal usage of digitalplatforms within the allocated budget.
- Prepare a combined execution plan with appropriate allocation to Search, Socialand Programmatic and assign monthly activities to the team during the deploymentphase.
- Oversee campaign deployment on an ongoing basis and continually reviewcampaign effectiveness.
- Guide team with daily operations of ongoing client campaigns and address theirqueries/ concerns
- Make optimization recommendations and ensure smooth implementation of theserecommendations on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure clients receive reports on a daily basis with tracking dashboards andoptimization data for review and action.
- Assist in development of processes, format and checklists to ensure efficientdelivery of client expectations.
- Organize regular review calls with the clients to check on key milestones andundertake corrective actions, as required.
- Conduct post campaign review calls with clients and share updates on newlaunches.
Qualification:
- MBA/ Master's in Business Management
- 7+ years of branding and performance media experience required.
- Experience in Branding Specialist with hands on in programmatic & meta (DV360 & Meta).
- Exposure to Data Clean Room & AI generalist.
