About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Assistant Director – Performance Marketing to lead full-funnel growth and customer acquisition initiatives across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing and growth hacking initiatives across Meta, Google, and other media buying platforms
- Drive measurable business outcomes through optimization of CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer retention
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, social, influencer, and owned media ecosystems
- Build and scale high-performing acquisition funnels for B2C audiences
- Manage and grow multi-brand portfolios while delivering strong campaign performance and revenue impact
- Drive A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT) strategies across channels and landing experiences
- Establish scalable marketing processes, automation systems, and operational best practices across accounts

Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile app marketing, including planning and executing user acquisition and retention campaigns across mobile platforms (iOS & Android)
- Hands-on experience managing app campaigns on Meta, Google UAC, and other mobile-first ad networks
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AppsFlyer — including SDK integration coordination, dashboard reporting, cohort analysis, and attribution setup
- Experience in onboarding, managing, and optimizing affiliate partner relationships to drive app installs or leads at scale
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience working on brands such as ed-tech, consumer internet, retail, FMCG, or global brands will be preferred
