  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and growth plans
  • Act as a strategic advisor on people and organizational challenges
  • Drive initiatives to enhance productivity, engagement, and performance
  • Identify talent gaps and build succession planning frameworks
  • Lead leadership development and high-potential talent programs
  • Design capability-building and career development frameworks
  • Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and strategies
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, productivity, and engagement
  • Develop HR dashboards and reporting mechanisms
  • Drive organization development initiatives including culture and change management
  • Enhance employee engagement and communication programs
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen organizational culture

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or OD
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with data-driven mindset
  • Proven experience solving complex organizational challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in high-growth, startup, or multi-business environments preferred
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations
  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
