Associate Director - People Analytics & Operations

• 10–15 years of experience across People Operations / HR Operations / HR Analytics / HR Transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HR dashboards, reporting and people analytics.
• Experience working with HRIS / HR technology platforms and HR data.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with GenAI, automation or AI-powered HR solutions.
• Ability to convert business/HR problems into data, technology or AI-led solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
