· Graduation or Post Graduation Degree in Any stream

· 8+ year's professional experience in digital media execution

· You are an expert & executed on Meta as well as on Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn

· May have an idea on Reddit, Tiktok, X

· You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet

· Working knowledge in HubSpot, Smartly, 4C, Scibids, or third-party tools like Dataroma, Google Studio is an added advantage

· Experience managing multi-location media activation teams.

· Experience training and maintaining quality standards at scale.

· Experience providing service to local teams from a centralized location.

· Passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Possess a solution-oriented mindset and analytical skillset.

· Proactive, display exemplary leadership with a positive go-getter attitude.
