Your Role

As an Associate Director at StayVista, we are looking for a strategic operations leader to drive multi-city execution, profitability, systems excellence, and scalable growth across our villa portfolio. This role blends , operational leadership, revenue strategy, vendor ecosystem management, and performance analytics — ideal for someone who has scaled hospitality businesses and built structured operating frameworks.

About You

o Operations Leadership: Managed hospitality and real estate functions including

guest & home owner services, housekeeping, Food & Beverages, concierge, property

upkeep, vendor coordination, and local partnerships.

o Luxury Villa Business Oversight: Handled end-to-end operations – property

onboarding, service delivery, events, procurement, audits, and revenue optimization

across locations.

o Revenue Strategy: Developed and executed service revenue plans, driving 50 to

100% MoM growth, aligned with Sales & Marketing initiatives.

o Vendor & Procurement: Developed a nationwide vendor network and efficient

procurement system to control direct costs and optimize inventory.

o Data-Driven management: Devised dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance,

guest satisfaction, control costs & inventory, and process effectiveness for better

decision-making.

o Budgeting, forecasting, OPEX/CAPEX, cost controlling, and contingency planning for

financial stability.

o Villa Maintenance Profit Centre: Built a profitable villa maintenance unit with SOPs,

pricing models, and preventive/corrective systems to enhance homeowner

satisfaction.

o Team Leadership: Spearheaded large, multi-city teams by building structured training

programs, scalable systems, and strong leadership frameworks, consistently driving

high NPS and service excellence.

o SOPs & Training: Implemented training modules and SOPs

o Compliance & Safety: Ensured adherence to all legal, health, and safety standards

across operations.

o This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as

determined by organizational needs

oProven experience in scaling multi-city luxury villa or hospitality operations, building

scale.
