About the Role:

We are looking for a city operations leader to head Hyperlocal & Quick Commerce operations for Hyderabad. This role requires strong ownership of P&L, last-mile delivery excellence, vendor management, and client engagement, with the mandate to drive cost efficiency, service reliability, and expansion across our key accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep last-mile operational experience, hands-on problem-solving ability, and a proven record of scaling quick commerce or grocery delivery networks.

Experience:

• 4-7 years in hyperlocal/Quick-commerce logistics; must have led operations and 3P logistics in a leadership role.
• Industry Exposure: Hyperlocal delivery, ecommerce logistics, food/grocery delivery, or quick commerce.

• Strong command over ground operations and supply chain mechanics (Last Mile).
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost vs. performance.
• Excellent team handling, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
