Role Description

The Associate Director of Sales (Rooms - Proactive) will be responsible for driving room revenue through proactive sales strategies and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing the sales team to achieve targets, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and analyzing market trends to ensure competitive advantage. This role is full-time, on-site, and based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with colleagues in other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize revenue.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, particularly in the hospitality or related industries
  • Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leadership
  • Expertise in Business Development, including identifying and pursuing new markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Bengaluru market and prior experience in a similar role are advantages
