Role Description

We're looking for an exceptional sales leader to drive revenue, close strategic deals, and build a repeatable GTM engine.

What you'll do:

  • Own and drive revenue across SME, mid-market, and enterprise segments
  • Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline
  • Close high-value deals and partnerships (banks, fintechs, SaaS platforms)
  • Hire and scale a high-performance sales team
  • Shape India GTM strategy alongside leadership

What we're looking for:

  • 8–12 years in B2B SaaS / fintech / payments
  • Strong track record of closing and scaling revenue
  • Deep network in India's startup / SME ecosystem
  • Builder mindset (0→1 / 1→10 environments)
  • High ownership. Real impact. Opportunity to build at scale.
