Job Description

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for our data, cloud, and AI solution portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of account executives and sales professionals.
  • Identify and pursue high-value enterprise opportunities across BFSI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead complex sales cycles including RFP responses, contract negotiations, and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Forecast sales performance, track KPIs, and report to executive leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a focus on data servicescloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and/or AI/ML technologies.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling, enterprise IT infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex procurement processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
