Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning

● Develop and drive the company's financial strategy and long-term financial planning.

● Build and maintain the company's financial model and growth projections.

● Support leadership in strategic decision-making, expansion plans, and new initiatives.

● Work on pricing strategy, margins, and business model improvements.

● Provide financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

Fundraising & Investor Management

● Lead financial preparation for fundraising rounds.

● Build financial models, projections, and valuation scenarios.

● Manage investor reporting and board reporting.

● Support due diligence, data room preparation, and investor discussions.

● Work closely with founders on fundraising strategy and capital planning.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

● Oversee budgeting and forecasting process.

● Track company performance vs plan and provide strategic insights.

● Monitor cash flow, runway, and capital allocation.

● Identify financial risks and opportunities for growth and cost optimization.

Leadership & Team Management

● Manage and mentor the Finance team.

● Oversee finance operations at a high level without being involved in daily accounting.

● Help build scalable financial processes and reporting structures.

Business Partnering

● Work closely with Sales, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams on planning and business decisions.

● Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments.

● Support strategic projects and company expansion plans.

Qualification:

● CA / MBA Finance / CFA preferred.

● 10–15+ years of experience in Finance, Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Startup Finance.

● Strong financial modeling and business planning experience.

● Experience in fundraising and investor management.

● Experience working with founders and leadership teams.

● Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

● Startup or high-growth company experience preferred.
