Role : Associate Director - Myntra Supply Planning (Control Tower, Capabilities, and Fulfilment Experience)
Location : Bengaluru
About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to drive fulfilment experience, operational speed and capability development across our supply chain network. This role will lead the design and implementation of above charters along with initiatives to enable infrastructure and cost optimization to support scalable, high-speed operations
Roles & Responsibilities
Speed Programs:
- Own and execute overall speed improvement programs, especially in Metro and Tier 1 cities
- Work with cross functional and business teams for the speed charter
- Leverage Machine Learning models to drive aggressive clawback strategies and optimize delivery timelines.
Fulfilment Experience :
- Lead initiatives to improve the end-to-end fulfilment journey, with a focus on returns experience and customer experience metrics
- Identify key problem statements and drive the solutioning and implementation of the same with operations, product and design teams
Control Tower & Capability Building:
- Work with the control tower teams to design and operationalize key use cases with real-time monitoring, exception management and decision-making.
- Drive to scale operational capabilities to support evolving business and customer needs.
Infrastructure & Investment Planning:
- Identify and plan infrastructure additions to support growth and speed objectives
- Lead cost planning and investment strategies aligned with fulfilment and operational goals
Strategic Integration:
- Drive strategic projects providing solutions to key business verticals for their scale up, expansion and customer experience
Skills & Experience:
- 10- 12 years of relevant experience in program management & execution in Supply planning domain
- Continuous strive to improve accuracy of delivery, speed & efficiency of operations & visibility of touchpoints
- Ability to contribute to a culture of Customer Obsession that aligns with our strategic goals as a leading e-Commerce organization
