Job Description

As an AD in our Monitoring & Evaluation team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You'll:

  • Assist in designing and implementing MEL frameworks under guidance.
  • Conduct secondary/desk research and basic data analysis to support project insights.
  • Support documentation and reporting efforts for client deliverables and proposal development
  • Work with datasets to clean, organize, and prepare for analysis.
  • Contribute to stakeholder engagement through coordination and follow-ups.
  • Help in preparing presentations and reports using MS Office tools.
  • Participate in field visits and data collection exercises as required.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for project tracking.

Desired qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience, preferably in social-sector consulting/ monitoring & evaluation space.
  • Master's degree in business management/administration, data sciences, finance, economics, social work, public policy, international relations or related disciplines
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exposure to government or development sector projects is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong data handling, strategy design, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
  • Excellent academic track record
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
