1DigitalStack.ai is an AI-powered intelligent commerce platform managing $300M+ in annual retail media across 100+ global FMCG brands including Unilever, Marico, Dabur, Coca-Cola, and Tata Consumer. We are looking for a highly analytical, client-focused Associate Director to own media planning, strategy, and reporting across multiple FMCG client accounts.
This is a hands-on, high-execution, client-facing role. You will report directly to the Founders/CPO and work closely with VPs and Directors on the Reviniti platform accounts.
- Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end media planning, strategy, and reporting cycles across multiple FMCG client accounts
- Craft monthly media strategies aligned to client business objectives and manage execution oversight
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting and plan-vs-actual insights to clients
- Serve as the senior client-facing point of contact — own QBRs, performance reviews, and stakeholder communication
- Drive P&L accountability across client portfolios; defend media ROI outcomes to clients and internal leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 performance marketers, ensuring delivery excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and analytics teams to deliver insight-led outcomes
- Leverage retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, quick commerce) and automation tools to scale campaign performance
- Must-Have Requirements5–10 years of experience in ecommerce performance marketing, media planning, or client account management
- Hands-on experience with retail media platforms — Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, or equivalent marketplace advertising
- Strong FMCG domain experience — has worked with or managed FMCG brand accounts
- Demonstrated capability across all three: media planning, strategy building, and performance reporting
- Proven client-facing / account management experience — managing external client relationships independently
- Experience leading or managing a team
- P&L ownership mindset — comfortable owning and defending business outcomes for client accounts
- Agency or startup background — comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio managed at crore-level scale (individual or team combined)
- Stable career history — minimum 18 months per role
- Good to HaveFounder, ex-founder, or founder's office experience
- Exposure to quick commerce platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart
- Familiarity with retail media automation tools (e.g. Pacvue, 1DS platform)
- Multi-client management experience across categories or geographies
- New business / pitch experience
