- Lead and scale global marketing operations in partnership with US leadership.
- Ensure alignment on global campaigns, content, research, and brand messaging.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Oversee Creative, Digital, Analytics, Research, and Internal Marketing teams.
- Mentor and develop functional leads, fostering a data-driven, high-performance culture.
Process & Operational Efficiency:
- Improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency across marketing teams.
- Implement marketing tools for planning, execution, and reporting.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and manage cross-border communications.
- Drive strategic initiatives across regions while maintaining brand consistency.
