Job Description

  • Role Purpose:

You will build a learning system that is scalable and easy to replicate across multiple platforms and languages while partnering cross-functionally to align the LMS ecosystem with business goals, enhance learner experience, ensure data integrity and reporting excellence, and drive adoption across the organization.

  • Core Mandate:

You Will Own The Full Learning Ecosystem

  • Set standards (CoE)
  • Run global training programs (Global Training Center)
  • Build job-focused courses (micro-skilling)
  • Use AI to scale content creation
  • Manage the LMS platform

3. Domain Expertise (Critical Requirement):

  • Build and scale expertise across:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Project Management
  • Service Delivery Models
  • IT Infrastructure
  • Service Desk & Help Desk Operations
  • Help Desk Automation
  • LMS Training-as-a-Service models

4. Global & Multilingual Learning:

  • Design and deliver multilingual courses for global workforce
  • Enable localization across regions (language + context)
  • Support 24/7 learning operations aligned to global delivery model
  • Ensure content accessibility across time zones and geographies

  • Learning CoE:
  • Define standards, templates, governance
  • Global Training Center:
  • Deliver training (online, instructor-led, hybrid)
  • Micro-Skilling:
  • Build short, role-based workforce-ready programs
  • LMS Ownership:
  • Manage scalable, mobile-first platform
  • AI Content Automation:
  • Automate course creation and updates
  • Content Engine:
  • Build SME + ID + multimedia capability
  • Business Alignment:
  • Align training to deployment and workforce performance
  • Analytics:
  • Track and improve outcomes
  • Governance
  • Ensure quality and compliance
  • Success Metrics:
  • High adoption and learner engagement across LMS platforms.
  • Reliable, secure, and scalable LMS ecosystem.
  • Accurate reporting and analytics supporting business decisions.
  • Efficient governance and compliance management.
  • Recognition of the LMS CoE as a strategic business partner.
