About the Role
The Associate Director, International Partner Markets (IPM) and Patient Forecasting is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous optimisation of global medical activities across the IPM portfolio. The role provides scientific leadership and strategic insight to support new product integration, lifecycle management, and medical input to cross-functional decision-making across global markets.
What You'll Do:
Patient Forecasting support
- Act as a strategic interface between Medical, Commercial, and other relevant teams to shape and validate clinical assumptions and scenario planning for biosimilar/specialty generics pipeline assets
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of patient flows, treatment pathways, and decision drivers across key markets
- Monitor competitor intelligence, including scientific, clinical, and strategic developments, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Support and contribute to forecasting guidance, including assumptions linked to clinical positioning, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
IPM support
- Lead IPM medical activities and collaborate closely with ROW marketing teams to ensure aligned scientific positioning
- Lead Medical Affairs newly acquired product integration activities, ensuring alignment across global, regional, and local teams
- Work with IPM marketing team to support creation of marketing campaigns for priority IPM products
- Ensure consistent medical messaging and execution across geographies while allowing for local adaptation
- Create medical training decks and supporting materials for commercial partners in the IPM
- Deliver medical training programs for IPM partners or external IPM HCPs, as required
Development of Medical Resources & Materials
- Development of global medical resources for IPM, ensuring scientific accuracy, clarity, and regional relevance
- Develop additional training materials and tools aligned to medical strategy and launch priorities
Other responsibilities
- Manage medical materials review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.
- Manage project budget within given product(s)/therapy area.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken with due regard to ADVANZ PHARMA compliance requirements, and relevant rules/regulations.

Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) required
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries with proven experience across global, European, and/or Asian markets.
- Strong background in speciality generics.
- Experience in supporting and contributing to forecasting guidance, including assumptions linked to clinical positioning, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in lifecycle management and working with commercialisation in non-European markets
- High digital and AI aptitude, with experience leveraging innovative tools to enhance Medical Affairs effectiveness
- Must be an excellent leader and mentor.
- Scientifically curious and intellectually rigorous, with a strong drive to stay at the forefront of biosimilar and therapeutic area developments
- Clear and compelling communicator, able to translate complex scientific data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences
- Highly collaborative, thriving in cross-functional and cross-regional teams and valuing diverse perspectives.
