Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale application platforms leveraging Azure offerings to create secure and robust IoT and Computer Vision solutions.
- Translate business goals and multi-year strategies into actionable product roadmaps and team initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers and architects, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Mentor and motivate team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
- As a product owner, oversee a technical team of architects, tech leads, developers, managing responsibilities such as requirement clarification, backlog grooming, low-level technical designs, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Drive technology adoption decisions and establish processes for sprint delivery cycles, applying product management principles to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Spearhead the implementation of Industry 4.0 use cases, leveraging IoT and Computer Vision platforms to drive operational excellence and business value.
- Operate within Agile/SAFe methodologies as part of scrum teams, utilizing Azure DevOps for code reviews and collaboration.
- Prepare proposals and action plans for new IoT and Computer Vision platform use cases, identifying market opportunities and driving strategic growth initiatives.
- Provide consulting expertise to teams requiring cloud, IoT, or Computer Vision knowledge, fostering a culture of innovation and expertise development.
- Apply financial analysis expertise for cost optimization and quality maintenance, aligning tech decisions with enterprise standards for platform integrity.
- Collaborate with teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure project success, bridging the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications –
- Proven experience in implementing data ingestion strategies and reusable framework libraries for IoT and Computer Vision platforms.
- Proficiency in Cloud as well as Edge offerings, and domain-driven development principles
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members.
- Expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies and using Azure DevOps for collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business objectives.
- Experience in financial analysis for cost optimization and quality maintenance
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Experience with IOT, Computer vision, Data & analytics
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools for tracking, developing, deploying software
- Experience in cost estimation for Platform-as-a-Service cloud hosting cost estimates (including both cloud hosting costs and software licensing)
- Should have knowledge of Azure and Industry 4.0 along with working experience on Container orchestration technology
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams with diverse skillsets in multiple time zones
- Support identification and requirements gathering for new processes and services (or changes to existing processes and services) to improve operational support
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile and Hybrid development and deployment projects
- Agile or other project management certification is a plus
