Associate Director - Investement Sales (Retail Assets)

About the Role:

• Identify, evaluate, and execute investment sales transactions in the retail real estate sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, developers, landlords, and high-net-worth clients.
• Source and close transactions for leased high street retail properties and standalone assets.
• Independently manage the full transaction cycle, including site inspections, due diligence coordination, negotiations, and closure.
• Analyse and present investment opportunities using detailed financial models, market assessments, and asset valuations.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) structures, financial workings, and assets under management or in the lender's book.
• Collaborate with internal teams for market intelligence and strategic advisory to clients.
• Drive revenue targets through proactive business development and strategic client management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment sales, specifically in retail real estate transactions.
• Proven track record of successful closures in retail asset sales, demonstrating effective negotiation and deal execution.
