About the Company

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Associate Director – Inventory Management to lead, standardize, and scale inventory operations across our national warehouse network

.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for driving inventory accuracy, governance, controls, audit compliance, and process excellence across Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, and traded inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory management across all warehouse locations.Own inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and variance management.
  • Drive GRN, Putaway, Bin Management, Stock Transfers, Picking, Dispatch, Returns, RTV and Inventory Adjustments.
  • Ensure 100% system adherence across SAP HANA and WMS.
  • Lead Cycle Counts, Stock Counts and Wall-to-Wall Audits.
  • Drive inventory optimization through DOI, ageing and stock turn monitoring.
  • Lead SAP/WMS enhancements, inventory automation and process redesign.
  • Implement 5S, warehouse discipline and inventory governance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing inventory team across multiple locations.
  • Publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS and dashboards for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

  • MBA / Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or related
  • field.10–15 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on expertise in SAP HANA and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory controls, audits and reconciliations.
  • Experience managing FG, RM, SFG and serialized inventory.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel across warehouse locations.
