  • Lead inside sales and digital growth for a leading education brand.
  • Own P&L, optimize CAC, and drive strategic revenue transformation.

Job Description

  • Devise and execute strategies for B2C inside sales to drive enrolments and revenue.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, optimise lead generation, and reduce cost per acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for curriculum design and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Spearhead annual planning and financial forecasting for revenue and expenses.
  • Implement strategies to improve lead-to-enrolment conversions.
  • Drive Salesforce CRM adoption and lead digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA with strong understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in education space, including 6-8 years in inside sales and 2-3 years in people management.
  • Proven expertise in executive education or professional courses sales is preferable.
  • Proven expertise in B2C inside sales, P&L management, AOP creation, and budget handling.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and CAC optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
