Job Description

  • Must have
    • Strong technical Background with hands-on experience in software implementation or development.
    • Experience leveraging AI/LLM-based tools or agents in software implementation / development 
    • Strong communication and executive presence, with experience working directly with US and EU-based clients across seniority levels, including C-suite stakeholders
    • Client relationship - Experienced to build and sustain long-term client relationships and manage expectations.
    • Leadership skills - Experience building and scaling delivery teams, including hiring, leveling, and performance management
    • Portfolio Management -  Ability to oversee multiple concurrent client engagements or workstreams, balancing priorities, resources, and delivery timelines without losing quality.
    • Process -  Process-oriented mindset with a track record of establishing and enforcing quality standards, delivery frameworks, and engineering best practices across teams.
    • Structured Problem-Solving -  Ability to break down complex problems into simpler executable tasks
    • Strategic vision - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across tech, team management, delivery approach, client solutions
  • Good to have
    • Domain familiarity - Prior experience in Capital Markets industry (strong plus if Private Markets).
