Key Responsibilities
Candidate will be working on the IVP Delivery team on projects directly with clients to customize & integrate IVP products and custom solutions. In addition to project delivery, also responsible for coordinating product change requests, product feature validations and maintenance requests between the business and the development team.
- 10 + years of expertise with configuration of business software applications and experience interacting with external customers.
- Will lead the implementation team, and must have demonstrated experience in coordinating and working with matrixed teams
- Will oversee and support multiple implementation projects. Review external client's product demands, develop project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Establish strong collaborative relationships with key internal Clients, CoEs and other stakeholders.
- Create and manage program schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Expertise on implementation of an application
- Extensive client engagement experience
Skills Required- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to make timely and sound decisions in the interest of the business and clients
- Computer science or IT Graduate or Equivalent from a reputed college.
- Good Analytical skills and a quick learner.
- Excellent Communication skills (oral and written both).
- Experience in Front-end + Back-end architectures
- Professional experience of working in a financial institution / interest in finance is a plus
