Profile Description: This role involves managing the overall delivery of one or more accounts and is also responsible
for the account P&L.
Key Responsibilities:
Process:
. Responsible for end to end client operations and delivery per the SLAs in terms of teams productivity and
quality
. Manage and publish the progress of operations in terms of efficiency gained, client and IKS ROI at a weekly
cadence.
. Responsible for the overall process revenue and margins, to be met as per the planned budgets working in
sync with the supervisor and the market leader
. Create a robust governance and communication model to align and ensure that all key stakeholders including
the training team, WFM, IT etc are posted on all moving parts of the transition, implementation and ongoing
operations
. Bring about Process Improvement for identified gaps.
People:
. To drive resources to achieve optimum productivity targets, improve performance of team members and at
the account level too through constant tracking, feedback and Coaching.
. Identify and retain probable exits across the account through well-defined retention management strategies.
. Drive innovation in hiring & training by collaborating with the recruitment/HR/Training team effectively.
. To organize resources for effective execution of operation plans
. Ensuring high engagement levels in the team through various ESAT initiatives such as timely recognition of
team members
. Define career paths and development goals for every individual in the team.
. Ensuring a Learning culture through constant training needs identification, training program coverage at all
levels as per development plans for his/her account/department designed in the Career Architecture.
. Ensuring that all programs planned for Self Development are completed.
Client:
. Be a part and participate in daily/weekly client calls.
. Responsible for creating dashboards for the client calls.
. Responsible for managing the provider education and interaction.
. Client relationship management in terms of carrying out the weekly and monthly connects with the client
conducting the WBRs and MBRs
. Client delivery management, C-sat and ensuring the desired client goals in terms ROI is achieved and is
published
Financial:
. Responsible for the P&L for the accounts
Qualifications:
. Graduate in any field is a must
. BPT, MPT, BSC Nursing, MSC Nursing, B Pharm, M Pharm, BOT, Life Science would be preferred
. AHIMA/AAPC certification is a must
. MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS etc would be an added advantage
Role Prerequisites:
. 10+ years experience in running core coding operations including having significant experience in coding
audits, workflow assessments, onsite and remote client management is a must.
. Experience of managing and working on P&L of the business OR account is a must
Functional Competencies:
. Should have knowledge of 2 or more coding specialties
. Strong expertise on ICD -10 and CPT with anyone of the specialties would be preferred
. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Tools OT G-suite is a must
. Detailed understanding of the end to end RCM cycle related to US healthcare and related key areas of
measuring success would be preferred.
