About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR leader to drive and strengthen the Human Resources function at VMock. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations and requires someone who can independently lead people initiatives, partner closely with leadership, and build scalable HR processes aligned with a growing global SaaS business.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high accountability, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the employee lifecycle.

This is a full-time onsite role based out of our Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR function across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to founders and business leaders on organisation structure, workforce planning, culture, and people decisions.
  • Drive hiring initiatives across functions and levels while strengthening employer branding and recruitment processes.
  • Build scalable HR systems, policies, and operational frameworks suited for a high-growth SaaS and product-driven environment.
  • Strengthen performance-driven culture through structured review processes, feedback mechanisms, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes with strong ownership and minimal supervision.
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Drive HR analytics, reporting, and workforce insights to support business and leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, internal governance standards, and HR best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 9-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, startup, or high-growth product organisations.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end HR operations along with strategic business partnering.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive HR initiatives independently, and build scalable people processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, execution focus, and people-centric approach.
