Roles & Responsibilities:

The role drives strategic HR leadership by aligning people solutions with evolving business strategies and organizational needs. It partners with senior leaders to shape organization design, lead change, coach talent, and manage stakeholders through root cause analysis.

Work extensively on Change management and Transformation. Experience managing projects in enhancing AI adoption in the businesses.

Champion culture, innovation, and resilience, advancing initiatives that enhance productivity, performance, and employee satisfaction, supported by measurable outcomes. It embraces emerging capabilities such as design thinking, gamification, and digital fluency to create meaningful employee experiences and adapt to future work dynamics.

Candidate specification:

• Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field with 14+ years of experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing workforce strategy, aligned with and driving business outcomes
• Experience creating and implementing organization design and change
