Assoicate Director - HR Business Partner | Bengaluru

We are looking for a senior, relationship-oriented HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leadership and drive people strategy for a large-scale Technology Business Unit with experience in GCC / matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and HR interventions.

• Manage HRBP responsibilities for a large-scale Technology business, supporting 2,000+ employees across diverse technology functions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple levels.

• Drive and support organization-wide HR transformation, process excellence, digitization and AI-led initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging HR technologies to improve employee experience, HR effectiveness and business outcomes.

• Work in a global environment and collaborate with international stakeholders, particularly US-based business and HR leadership.

• Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, performance management and other key people priorities.

• Manage complex employee and business situations with a strong balance of business orientation, employee focus and HR expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in HR transformation and AI-led HR initiatives, preferably with direct exposure to initiatives implemented within a Technology BU.

• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills.

• A hands-on HR leader who can operate strategically while remaining closely connected to business and employee needs.
