With a strong operational backbone, in-house manufacturing, and rapid expansion plans, the company is scaling both its core interiors business and adjacent retail verticals.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Performance Marketing / Associate Director – Performance Marketing to lead and scale the company's digital growth engine across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and emerging performance channels.

This leadership role will drive media strategy, attribution systems, AI-native marketing operations, conversion optimization, and team development across multiple cities. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, hands-on performance expertise, martech implementation experience, and strong people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Ownership

Own end-to-end performance marketing P&L.

Drive cost optimization for CPL, SQL, and conversion metrics.

Manage monthly media budgets and quarterly performance reviews.

Multi-City Growth Strategy

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across 20+ cities.

Build scalable frameworks for city launches and recovery plans.

Identify high-potential expansion markets.

AI & Martech Enablement

Implement CAPI and server-side tracking systems.

Optimize campaigns using Advantage+, PMax, and AI-driven bidding.

Leverage AI tools for creative generation, automation, and funnel optimization.

Build WhatsApp automation and conversational AI workflows.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor performance marketing managers and specialists.

Build a high-performing, AI-fluent marketing team.

Define hiring plans and operational processes.

Platform & Vendor Management

Manage strategic relationships with Meta, Google, attribution platforms, and martech vendors.

Evaluate and implement modern marketing technologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales teams on lead quality and conversion feedback loops.

Collaborate with Brand & Creative teams for campaign alignment.

Partner with Analytics teams on attribution and lead scoring frameworks.

Reporting & Analytics

Build actionable dashboards and city-level scorecards.

Monitor campaign anomalies and performance trends.

Present business insights to leadership stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

11–15 years of experience in performance marketing.

Minimum 3+ years leading a performance marketing function.

Hands-on experience managing ₹50 Cr+ annual media budgets.

Strong expertise in:

Google Ads

Meta Ads

Programmatic Advertising

Attribution & Analytics

Conversion Tracking

Marketing Automation

Proven experience implementing:

CAPI

Server-side tracking

Advantage+

PMax campaigns

Strong understanding of AI tools and workflows in digital marketing.

Experience in long sales-cycle industries such as:

Home Interiors

Real Estate

Automotive

BFSI

Premium D2C

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience building or restructuring marketing functions.

Preferred Skills

SQL knowledge or data analysis capability.

Experience with AI-assisted marketing workflows.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
