About the Role
Newton School of Technology is a new-age engineering institute focused on Computer Science, AI, and emerging technologies, built with deep industry integration and strong placement outcomes.
The Associate Director – GCC Sales will lead strategic hiring accounts across GCCs and enterprise technology organizations and manage a portfolio of marquee accounts.
This role combines enterprise sales, strategic account management, team leadership, and ecosystem building.
You will work closely with CHROs, Heads of Talent, Engineering Leaders, and GCC leadership teams to drive large-scale internship and placement partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic relationships across GCCs, captive centers, and enterprise technology organizations.
- Drive account growth, repeat hiring, and long-term engagement.
- Own placement and internship targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team of KAMs/sales managers.
- Build strong outbound and account management processes.
- Represent NST across GCC, enterprise, and technology ecosystems.
- Track hiring trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts, recruitment consulting, HR-tech, or enterprise ecosystem roles.
- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and strategic accounts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of GCC and enterprise technology hiring ecosystems.
