– Own an annual BD target; manage a structured pipeline across all assigned client segments
– Identify, qualify, and convert RFP-driven and sole-source consulting mandates
– Lead proposal strategy including technical approach, team structuring, and commercial bid positioning
– Cultivate senior-level relationships (C-suite, CXO, Board) at target institutions
– Represent the firm at industry events, forums, and regulatory working groups
2. Client Relationship Management
– Serve as the primary relationship anchor for key retainer and project accounts
– Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within active mandates
– Manage client satisfaction, escalation handling, and repeat mandate conversion
– Maintain a structured account management cadence — reviews, insights, and thought leadership sharing
3. Delivery Oversight & Execution Leadership
– Drive the delivery agenda across concurrent projects — set timelines, quality benchmarks, and output standards
– Bridge the gap between client expectations and internal execution teams; translate strategic intent into workplan
– Review and sign off on key deliverables including decks, models, frameworks, and research outputs before client submission
– Manage backend consultants, analysts, and subject matter contributors across engagements
– Intervene on at-risk deliverables and maintain narrative coherence across complex, multi-module projects
4. Intellectual Capital & Practice Development
– Contribute to knowledge assets — sector primers, benchmarking databases, proposal libraries
– Drive point-of-view development on regulatory, credit, and capital markets trends across FS verticals
– Mentor junior team members on both consulting craft and client navigation
