Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant. The successful candidate will work on consulting projects for a variety of clients, including:

  • Banks
  • Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs)
  • Asset Management Companies (AMCs)
  • Insurance companies
  • Development Finance Institutions (DFIs)
  • Government agencies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:Work on consulting projects, supporting the Senior team in execution, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Lending and Digital Transformation:Assist clients in lending and digital transformation initiatives, including strategy development, process design, and technology implementation.
  • System Integrations:Work on system integration projects, ensuring seamless integration of various systems and technologies to drive business efficiency.
  • Due Diligence:Conduct due diligence exercises, focusing on technology and operations, to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations.
  • Process Flow Design:Design and optimize business processes, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Technology Cost Optimization:Identify opportunities to optimize technology costs, ensuring that clients achieve maximum value from their technology investments.
  • Business Development:Support business development activities, including:
  • Preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Development of proposals and pitches
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Analytical Frameworks:Develop analytical frameworks to drive client solutions, including data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Presentation and Reporting:Create and present impactful PowerPoint presentations and reports to clients, showcasing findings, recommendations, and solutions.

  • High-quality project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Effective communication and project management, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Identification of new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Development of innovative solutions, leveraging technology and process improvements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support senior team members
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including banking, NBFCs, AMCs, and insurance companies
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, system integration, and technology cost optimization
  • Experience in business development, including proposal writing and pitch development
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
