Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial reviews.
- Build and manage financial models to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.
- Partner with business teams to track performance, identify gaps, and drive profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports, board decks, investor reports, and leadership presentations.
- Analyze key business metrics, revenue trends, burn, margins, and cost structures.
- Drive annual operating plans and monthly forecasting processes.
- Work closely with founders and leadership teams on strategic planning and business reviews.
- Support fundraising, investor diligence, and financial data preparation when required.
- Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and automation.
- Ensure data accuracy, financial discipline, and adherence to internal controls.
Requirements
- CA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Strategic Finance.
- Mandatory experience working in startups or high-growth companies.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Experience with investor reporting and business planning is a plus.
