- Lead pricing intelligence, operations, and strategy across categories
- Build advanced online and offline price benchmarking capabilities
- Design and implement dynamic pricing models based on customer and market segments
- Run pricing operations including execution, workflows, and SLA adherence
- Develop pricing automation tools and partner with tech/data science teams
- Define pricing policies across central and regional teams
- Manage competitive scenarios including price wars and market disruptions
- Partner with category, supply, and growth teams to optimize pricing decisions
- Build dashboards, analytics, and models (elasticity, markdown optimization)
- Hire and lead a high-performing pricing and analytics team.
- 6-10 years of experience in pricing, growth, or central strategy roles
- Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer-tech ecosystems preferred
- Strong analytical background with exposure to pricing models and data systems
- Proven experience building and scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with dynamic pricing, benchmarking, and automation tools
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Hands-on approach with a bias for action and comfort in ambiguity.
