Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT & Cyber Security Internal Audit Leader to strengthen our third line of defense by delivering independent assurance on the resilience, security, and compliance of the organization's technology environment. This role anchors the IT audit portfolio and ensures reliable delivery of both internal and regulatory audit expectations throughout the year.

The role involves leading the IT and Cyber Security audit track, driving risk-based planning, overseeing execution, and ensuring adherence to global auditing standards. It is a high-impact position with direct visibility to senior global leadership and plays a critical part in shaping technology risk governance across the organization.

Responsibilities -

  1. Lead IT & Cyber Audit Planning - Develop and maintain risk-based audit plans and audit methodologies aligned with global IIA standards.
  2. Oversee End-to-End IT & Cyber Audit Delivery - Plan, scope, execute, and supervise all technology and cyber security audits using an agile auditing approach.
  3. Ensure High-Quality Audit Execution - Deliver strong audit fieldwork, maintain high-quality working papers, and present clear and concise risk-focused audit reports.
  4. Manage Regulatory & System Audit Mandates - Lead and coordinate all regulatory and statutory technology audits (including SARs) to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  5. Drive Automation & Best Practices - Implement audit automation tools, data analytics, and modern methodologies to enhance audit efficiency and coverage.
  6. Strengthen Governance & Remediation - Provide value-oriented recommendations, track remediation progress, and ensure strong outcomes in internal and external QA assessments.

Requirements -

  1. 12 to 16 years of experience in IT and Cyber Security auditing with strong exposure to System and IS audits and regulatory mandates.
  2. Deep understanding of global security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, COBIT, and CIS, with expertise across cloud, application, network, database, and infrastructure security.
  3. Proficiency in audit analytics, data visualization, and technology-enabled audit techniques.
  4. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management capability, independence, and integrity.
  5. Preferred certifications include CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CEH or other equivalent technical credentials.
