What will you do at Fynd

• Growth Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute comprehensive growth strategies across Fynd's AI platforms, aligning product-led and enterprise sales motions with company revenue objectives
• Revenue Ownership: Drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, and expansion metrics with direct accountability for growth-related revenue targets
• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing growth team, establishing frameworks, processes, and a culture of data-driven experimentation
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with C-suite and department heads to align product, marketing, and sales initiatives around growth priorities
• Go-to-Market Excellence: Architect and optimize enterprise ABM strategies while enhancing our PLG motion for maximum efficiency and scalability
• Growth Analytics: Translate complex user and market data into actionable growth strategies and executive-level insights

Some Specific Requirements

• 10+ years of growth leadership experience with 3+ years at Director level or above in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record scaling revenue growth for AI/ML or enterprise SaaS products
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing growth teams
• Deep expertise in both enterprise sales motions and product-led growth strategies
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into strategic decisions
• Executive presence with outstanding communication and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience in retail technology, e-commerce, or related industries preferred
