Job Description
Responsible for designing software architecture and (or) delivery & deployment of the solution, driving automation, and improving operational efficiencies. This is a tactical role which defines the direction of new solutions, processes, standards based upon business strategy or customer need, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results.
Responsibilities
- Understanding new requirements/charters and analysis
- Leads discussions with cross functional teams and stake holders to evaluate feasibility, technical specifications, cost-benefit analysis, etc.
- Define the software roadmap to meet business needs and operational aspects, secure and scalable.
- Creating & delivering high quality features, preparing end to end high level and low-Level designs, developing individual sub systems.
- Drives deployment of software architecture. Analyses test results post testing. Oversees go-live and guides troubleshooting.
- Review and finalize implementation of design and architecture including infrastructure and deployment requirements.
- Create internal user stories for development, testing and deployment across multiple sub-systems like OSS-BSS, IT Applications
- Establish technology standards, cloud native architecture, SaaS based model for applications development, lead software quality assurance by reviewing process compliances, identifying pain points, and driving improvement initiatives.
- Facilitating creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogs
The role may be leading a team of software developers.
Desired Skill sets
- Demonstrated experience and understanding in software solutions requirement analysis, creating roadmap, design, and software & platform architecture, cloud environment, business concepts and processes.
- Hands on experience in debugging complex issues.
- Extensive experience in software and application lifecycle Management

- Experience in working with Agile methodology.
- Develop

emerging GenAI models and tools for relevance to telecom (e.g., LLaMA, GPT).
pre-sales, PoCs, and client workshops to showcase GenAI use cases in telecom
networks.
in Python (must-have), with experience in building APIs/microservices
(FastAPI/Flask/Django).
in fine-tuning/few-shot prompting for LLMs.
hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace
Transformers, RAG implementations.
Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps pipelines (MLflow,
Kubeflow, or equivalent).
experience in developing and deploying Generative AI applications (e.g., LLMs,
RAG, GraphRags, code generation), including Agentic AI and Model Context
Protocol (MCP).
- Proficiency with Agentic AI orchestration
frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and/or similar tools.
- Experience with leading LLM providers and
models including OpenAI, Llama, Anthropic, and others.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and
platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot etc.
research, evaluation, and adoption of new AI models, algorithms, and
frameworks.
