Education Qualification :
Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA
1. Work on Organizational Road-map for IT Applications / Business Transformation initiatives / New Dimensions Business Applications (on-Premise / Cloud).
2. Applications Enterprise Architecture Conceptualization / Implementation (TOGAF).
3. End to end accountability for the management of the existing applications which include PeopleSoft (Finance andamp; HCM); Microsoft SharePoint based application modules, 3rd party (cloud) based applications for recruitment; leave/attendance/payroll management; Transport management systems etc .
4. ERP (PeopleSoft) upgrade strategy, roadmap development, implementation and management, Applications PMO.
5. Addressing Change Management needs while implementing new initiatives.
6. Work with business to identify areas of automation and thereby the execution planning / management.
7. Work with Applications implementation partners to ensure successful implementation of multiple initiatives in multi vendors environment.
8. Technical support and guidance to the operations team for Applications related issues.
9. Implementing / managing various Enhancements and Large changes in the Applications with the help of in-house team / Partner.
10. Reviewing and ensuring Best Solution Approach / Best Practices are followed while implementation of any new Application or during change in the Applications Skills.
11. Strong Leadership and People Management skills 2) Results oriented and good decision making skills
