As our Associate Director - Demand Planning, your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business success.

Your Role in Our Success

• Demand Planning - Driving Accuracy and Alignment: Lead the demand planning process with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with sales, category, and supply priorities. You'll develop and maintain demand forecasts that are both accurate and agile enough to address unexpected spikes. You'll also set KPIs for forecasting excellence and ensure continuous monitoring, reporting, and process improvement.
• Supply & Distribution Planning - Mastering the Flow: Craft strategic supply plans to meet customer needs while optimizing costs and working capital. You'll anticipate delays, mitigate risks, and solve complex supply challenges through proactive planning. This includes defining and maintaining dynamic inventory norms across categories, SKUs, and CFAs to ensure smooth stock distribution, and overseeing stock allocation and rationing strategies for constrained SKUs, ensuring channel priorities are met.

What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role

• Proven experience of 8-12 years in supply chain management, procurement, and working with contract manufacturers.
• Experience in nutraceuticals or personal care in D2C startups is preferable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
