The
Cyber Security Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of
Managed Security Services (MSS) to enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality security operations, compliance with SLAs, and continuous improvement of security posture. The role involves managing
security operations teams, client relationships, and security service delivery, while ensuring adherence to global security frameworks such as **National Institute of Standards and Technology frameworks and **International Organization for Standardization ISO 27001 standards.
Key Responsibilities
Security Service Delivery
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Managed Security Services (MSS) for enterprise clients.
- Ensure effective operation of Security Operations Center (SOC) including monitoring, detection, and response.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA), KPIs, and operational metrics.
Incident & Threat Management
- Lead cybersecurity incident response and escalation management.
- Coordinate threat detection, vulnerability management, and remediation activities.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of security operations processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client security delivery and governance meetings.
- Provide regular security reports, risk updates, and service improvement plans.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and executive leadership.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure security services align with standards such as International Organization for Standardization ISO 27001, National Institute of Standards and Technology NIST, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor SOC analysts, security engineers, and incident response teams.
- Drive skill development, performance management, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with global delivery teams and vendors.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve security operations efficiency and automation.
- Implement best practices and emerging security technologies.
- Support security transformation initiatives and service optimization.

- 18+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 8+ years in delivery experience.
