Associate Director - Creative Communications (OAP)

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, visualize, write, produce, direct, and edit unique on-air promos for Star Maa content across fiction, non-fiction, and movies.
• Ensure promos offer fresh creative perspectives and maintain a competitive edge.
• Infuse Telugu cultural sensibilities into campaigns to ensure relevance and audience connect.
• Maintain high creative and production standards, delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop impactful briefs and campaign ideas.
• Define and execute the channel's visual identity through packaging and graphical elements.
• Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to deliver region-specific campaigns tailored for local audiences.
• Produce showreels, AVs, and flash presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the OAP and Graphics teams, fostering creativity and innovation.
