About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic partnerships leader to join our US Commercial team as an Associate Director – Strategic Partnerships. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling high-impact partnerships across the US market to drive revenue growth, enterprise adoption, and long-term business expansion.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise partnerships, channel sales, alliance management, or business development, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across enterprises, workforce development organizations, universities, and strategic channel partners. This is a high-visibility role requiring a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, commercial acumen, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
● Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across enterprises, channel partners, resellers, universities, and workforce development organizations in the US market.
● Build long-term partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth priorities.
● Create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with partners to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
● Evaluate new partnership opportunities, market trends, and emerging business models.
Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership
● Own and drive partnership-led revenue targets and business growth metrics.
● Build and manage a healthy pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities.
● Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, pricing discussions, and business planning.
● Drive expansion opportunities within existing partner accounts.
Executive Stakeholder Management
● Build relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and business leaders across partner organizations.
● Act as a trusted advisor to partners by understanding their business priorities and aligning solutions accordingly.
● Conduct executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
● Coordinate with delivery and program teams to ensure partner satisfaction and successful outcomes.
● Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, webinars, and co-branded initiatives.
Performance Management & Reporting
● Track partnership performance, revenue contribution, pipeline health, and business impact.
● Provide regular updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to leadership teams.
● Develop scalable processes and frameworks for partner success and engagement.
Required Qualifications
● 8–12 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Alliances, or Channel Management.
● Experience working with US-based clients, enterprises, or strategic partners.
● Strong understanding of B2B partnership ecosystems and enterprise sales cycles.
● Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships and strategic alliances.
● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence senior executives.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
● Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, Technology Services, Workforce Learning, or Consulting industries.
● Exposure to enterprise learning, digital transformation, or workforce upskilling solutions.
● Experience managing reseller or channel partner ecosystems.
● MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
