Roles And Responsibilities
- This is an Individual Contributor Role for the B2B Sales team of Simplilearn. Responsible for generating profitable revenue from the University accounts.
- To meet/Exceed the quarterly/Annual Sales target and maintain 5X pipeline and accurately forecast revenue numbers weekly.
- Actively prospect, qualify and develop a sales pipeline from the list of assigned accounts.
- Developing and executing a GTM Strategy for the assigned accounts
- Work closely with SDR's and build relevant pipeline
- Keep the data updated on all the sales tools i.e Salesforce CRM
- Build Strong relationships with key client personas through LinkedIn Outreach,Apollo, personal meetings, and events.
- Mapping different stakeholders in Universities, understanding their pain points and proposing a solution by leveraging the internal ecosystem of Simplilearn along with the PreSales team leading to customer delight.
- Maintain Healthy Gross Margin as per the direction of the management.
Desired Skills
- 5+ years of Overall Sales experience
- 3+ Years of acquiring new University accounts.
- Experience of selling to University stakeholders
- Has consistent record of overachieving Quarterly/Annual Sales targets
- Has been working as an Individual contributor with >2 Crores K. annual quota.
- Should have good network across Universities in South India
- Has strong relationships with key Stakeholders of the University accounts.
- Is a Hunter and has the hunger and acumen to acquire multiple new Universities in South region - TN, KL, AP & Telangana
- Should have worked with Edtech, SAAS or IT Consulting Organizations as a quota carrying Salesperson.
- University Edtech Sales Experience is preferred.
