Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain leader to bridge the gap between operational excellence and product innovation. In this role, you will be the key link between our Product, Planning, Warehouse, and Category teams. You won't just manage the supply chain; you will actively shape the tools and processes that drive it. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist who can navigate ambiguity and lead a high-performing team to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Process Innovation
  • Product Liaison: Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to design, develop, and implement tool enhancements that drive goodness (efficiency) in Planning and Ops.
  • Operational Excellence: Continuous improvement of internal systems to automate manual workflows and increase productivity.
  • End-to-End Supply Chain Management
  • Inventory Strategy: Oversee Inventory Health, Days on Hand (DOH), Warehouse capacity management & Event inventory buildup
  • Instock Management: Develop and execute inventory plans to optimize in-stock rates, inventory turns
  • Logistics & Fulfillment: Manage lead times, demand forecasting accuracy, and delivery speed to meet customer expectations.
  • Vendor Relations: Drive vendor performance through structured Scorecard Reviews and strategic partnership management.
  • Warehouse & Catalog: Supervise capacity planning and Fill-rate management; ensure catalog integrity to streamline warehouse throughput.
  • Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central point of contact between Category, IPC, Warehouse Ops, and external Vendors to align on business goals.
  • People Management: Build, mentor, and retain a top-tier operations team.
  • Performance Tracking: Define clear KPIs and OKRs, ensuring the team is empowered and accountable for hitting targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 9 12 years of core experience in Supply Chain Management (e-commerce or retail background preferred).
  • Education: Strong academic background from a Tier-1 institute is a plus.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data sets into actionable business decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Starter: Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
