This role is part of the central strategy layer supporting the CEO and CBO across the Sports ecosystem. The mandate is to drive enterprise-level priorities spanning business strategy, revenue growth, and cross-functional execution across Sports.
What you will do:
- Business & Revenue Strategy: Drive broader sports and revenue strategy across the Sports vertical, working closely with leadership to shape direction, identify growth opportunities, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Strategic Projects (CBO Office): Own and drive key cross-functional projects under the CBO's office, ensuring strong problem structuring, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
- Executive Communication & Reviews: Anchor leadership updates across both organizations, including preparation of executive presentations, business reviews, and upward reporting for senior stakeholders.
- CEO's Charter & Org Priorities: Run the CEO's charter across critical organizational priorities. Partner with business and functional leads to track progress, drive accountability, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Decision Enablement: Work closely with org leads to gather inputs, surface key decisions, identify risks or blockers, and enable faster prioritization and decision-making across teams.

- Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments, bringing structure to undefined problem statements
- Strong analytical orientation, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and compelling, executive-ready narratives
- Proven capability to independently manage and influence senior stakeholders across functions
- High comfort with crafting strategy decks and building sharp, insight-led narratives for leadership presentations
- Ability to independently drive and operationalize key initiatives under the CBO's office, ensuring follow-through from strategy to execution
- 5-6 years experience in Strategy roles
