LeadSquared is a fast-growing SaaS company providing end-to-end sales execution and marketing automation platforms. We work extensively with BFSI organizations including banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurance, and lending companies to help them improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Director Business Development (Financial Services) to drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding enterprise and mid-market BFSI clients. The role involves owning large deal closures, building strategic relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for BFSI accounts: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
  • Drive new business acquisition across banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurance, and lending institutions
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
  • Engage with CXOs, Heads of Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Operations in BFSI organizations
  • Position LeadSquared's CRM, marketing automation, and sales execution solutions as strategic enablers
  • Work closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams for solution alignment
  • Track market trends, competition, and customer needs in the financial services space
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene
  • Contribute to account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales , preferably SaaS
  • Strong exposure to Financial Services / BFSI domain
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
  • Experience selling to enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling CRM, MarTech, SalesTech, or Digital Transformation solutions
  • Prior experience working with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or insurance companies
  • MBA or equivalent qualification
