The Associate Director – Productivity Solutions & Innovation will lead the endtoend transformation of enterprise productivity by building, scaling, and governing a portfolio of GenAIled automations, Agentic AI orchestrations, RPA solutions, and process optimization initiatives.
This role combines deep handson technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring modern automation and AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes, scalability, and sustainable value.
- 15+ years of overall experience with strong handson delivery background in:
- RPA / Intelligent Automation (design, build, scale).
- Latest Agentic and AIdriven automation solutions.
- Proven experience delivering enterprisescale automation and AI programs.
- Strong architectural understanding of automation platforms, AI pipelines, and orchestration layers.
- Ability to move seamlessly between handson problem solving and strategic leadership.
Strong Foundation / Good to Have
- Practical exposure to Process Mining and Task Mining tools and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.
- Experience in outcomebased delivery modeling (productivity, cost, quality).
- Exposure to regulated or complex enterprise environments (e.g., BFSI, insurance, large shared services).
