Associate Director - AI/ML Engineering

Key Deliverables:

• Build and scale enterprise-wide AI/ML platforms and solutions aligned with business priorities
• Lead a high-performing engineering team delivering robust ML systems using MLOps best practices
• Drive strategic AI initiatives across NLP, LLMs, and deep learning applications
• Establish and execute a talent and innovation roadmap for AI engineering growth in India

Role Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage ML/AI engineers to foster technical excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI projects at scale
• Champion AI evangelism, driving awareness, training, and adoption of emerging technologies
• Ensure delivery of scalable, compliant, and cloud-native AI architectures across use cases
