We're Hiring | Associate Director - AI Labs | KPMG India

Join AI Labs, KPMG India's Center of Excellence for AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

We are looking for a hands-on Associate Director with 14+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives, drive innovation, and build high-performing AI engineering teams.

Key Skills:

• Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI

• Model Fine-tuning, LLMOps, MLOps

• LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Python

• Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, Azure ML, Exposure to Microsoft 365 stack- Sharepoint, Copilot Studio is a plus

• Solution Planning and Architecture, Product Delivery & People Leadership
