Position: Associate Director Agrochemicals

We are hiring an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale an agrochemicals brand from 0 1. This is a high-ownership role with end-to-end responsibility across strategy, go-to-market execution, distribution expansion, and full P&L ownership.

You will work directly with the Founder to define growth strategy, identify priority crops and regions, build the product portfolio (SKUs, pricing, positioning), and drive national expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute GTM strategy
• Appoint and scale distributors/super stockists
• Drive farmer, retailer, and channel activation
• Lead state-wise expansion and demand generation
• Coordinate supply, regulatory compliance, and inventory planning
• Own revenue targets, margins, and overall business performance

Requirements:

• 57 yearsexperience inagrochemicals, agri-inputs, FMCG, or related sectors
• Proven track record in brand launch/scaling and distribution management
• Strong understanding ofGTMand channel dynamics
• Demonstrated revenue or business ownership
• High ownership mindset; comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Willing to travel extensively across India
