Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Associate Director - Treasury to lead the full spectrum of treasury operations. This role is responsible for overseeing global cash management, liquidity planning, funding strategies, risk management, and compliance. The AD will partner with Enterprise leadership, banks, and crossfunctional teams to ensure the company's financial resources are optimized, secure, and aligned with corporate objectives.
Oversee global cash and liquidity management including daily cash positioning, forecasting, and optimization of surplus funds.
Provide inputs in banking relationships and design efficient banking structures to support business growth.
Implement funding strategies including intercompany loans, external debt, and working capital facilities.
Lead treasury operations including bank account governance, settlements, reconciliations, and drive automation through ERP, Kyriba, TMS, and analytics tools.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, regulatory requirements, and internal treasury policies while maintaining audit readiness.
Manage shortterm investments, monitor yields, and support longterm capital planning including debt issuance and capital structure optimization.
Mentor and develop treasury staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while leading crossfunctional projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA Finance preferred).
12-15 years of progressive experience in treasury Operations, Intercompany, corporate finance, or banking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, funding, and risk management.
Proven track record of managing global operations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
Experience with ERP systems and treasury platforms (Kyriba, TMS) and automation tools (Power BI, Alteryx, RPA) will be a plus.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
